This Cookie Policy explains how Imagelier uses cookies and similar browser storage. Some cookies are essential for login, security, locale handling, checkout, and editor continuity. Optional analytics cookies are used only when the analytics provider is configured.

Essential Cookies

Essential cookies and local browser state may be used for:

• Better Auth sessions and account security;
• email verification and password reset flows;
• locale and theme preferences;
• anonymous trial continuity and rate-limit protection;
• Stripe checkout return flow and payment completion polling;
• CSRF, security, and abuse-prevention checks.

These are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled inside Imagelier.

Analytics Cookies and Events

When PostHog is enabled in production, Imagelier may record product events such as page views, editor starts, OCR completion, downloads, checkout starts, checkout success, Pro activation, and error states. These events help us improve reliability and understand whether users can complete the core workflow.

Analytics must never interrupt the editor. If analytics configuration is absent, the app continues without PostHog tracking.

Third-Party Cookies

Third-party services may set cookies or related identifiers when their features are used:

• Stripe for checkout and subscription management.
• Cloudflare for security, routing, and infrastructure protections.
• PostHog for analytics when enabled.

Imagelier does not run ad-network targeting cookies in the V1 launch plan.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, login, checkout, rate limits, editor continuity, or account settings may stop working.
