Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Imagelier. By using the website, editor, upload flow, checkout, or account features, you agree to these Terms.

Imagelier is an AI image text editor for legitimate updates to images you own or have permission to edit.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, session, password, and any activity under your login. Provide accurate account and billing information. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where use violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or abuse risk.

Your Content

You keep ownership of images, text, and other content you upload. You grant Imagelier a limited license to store, process, transform, and deliver that content solely to operate the product, provide support, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and edit each image.

Acceptable Use

Imagelier may be used for lawful, practical updates such as:

• changing menu prices or product labels;
• correcting poster, flyer, or campaign copy;
• updating UI documentation screenshots;
• preparing localization drafts;
• creating marketing mockups from assets you are allowed to edit.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Imagelier to:

• violate law, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights;
• create, alter, or distribute misleading records, fabricated evidence, counterfeit documents, fake receipts, impersonation material, or edits intended to deceive others;
• harass, defame, scam, threaten, surveil, or impersonate another person;
• upload, generate, edit, or distribute adult sexual content, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or exploitative content;
• remove or obscure watermarks, copyright notices, safety labels, legal disclaimers, or attribution unless you have the right to do so;
• attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits on the service;
• resell, sublicense, or automate Imagelier in a way that competes with the service without written permission.

We may review task metadata, usage patterns, reported content, and operational logs to investigate abuse. We may refuse processing, delete content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests where necessary.

Free and Pro Plans

Free use may include rate limits, watermarks, and output resolution limits. Pro subscriptions provide the benefits shown at checkout, including watermark-free output and the stated edit allowance for the billing cycle.

Unused Pro edits do not roll over. Plan features may evolve, but active paid users will not lose paid access for the current billing period without notice or refund where required.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your first Pro purchase is covered by a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. We may deny refunds for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violations of these Terms. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Service Availability

Imagelier depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect OCR, perfect image restoration, or that every image can be edited successfully.

Intellectual Property

Imagelier, its interface, code, branding, and product copy are owned by Imagelier or its licensors. Do not copy the service or use the brand in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagelier disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or third-party claims arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The date above shows the latest published update.
